Charge back bans are now permanent bans!!
So the CFMENA page, which is a legit CF page that is made for Arabic speakers, AKA Egyptians, made a post saying that charge back bans are now permanent bans.
That decision was made as a result of a huge number of players who bough ZP from a person using a stolen Visa/CC (because not everyone has a visa, they pay someone to buy them the pins) which resulted in charge back bans on several accounts and not all the players are paying to get their accounts back. So they, CFMENA, made a decision that any player who buys ZP using an 'illegal' way will receive a permanent ban instead of a charge back ban even if the player wanted to pay back the amount s/he owe Z8games.
I'd love it if I can get a MOD to ask around about this or even get a GM to reply to this.
My question is, is that decision implied on NA players too or just Egyptians? Because that was NOT announced on the CFNA Facebook page nor the forums.
Also why was the CC/Visa service removed without an announcement?
I don't live in Egypt nor I use their services but a lot of people are asking me u.u

Not sure at all, chargebacks have always been permanent in the sense that it's permanent unless you pay..
Doesn't seem very likely that they'd just refuse to take money from people who want to pay what they owe, but I suppose, given the abuse, it's not impossible. -

Old rule: when you're account is banned for charge back, the message would say "permanently banned" but once you pay off what you owe z8, you're fine.
New rule: there will be no charge back bans. The bans are final decision and will not be taken off.

You're talking about refunds of items purchased with ZP, which you get one of if submitted within 48 hours.
As in, buy SPOP and change your mind within two days, submit a ticket, ZP back.
ZP purchased with money is different. -

Charge back: when you use money to buy ZP and, somehow, the money isn't delivered to Z8games and so you get banned for not paying.
You're talking about the refund policy which is explained by Dot:You're talking about refunds of items purchased with ZP, which you get one of if submitted within 48 hours.
As in, buy SPOP and change your mind within two days, submit a ticket, ZP back.

what if I use an alt and gift my main the zp, what account would be banned for chargeback?
I'm sure Z8 thought of that too.
I have no clue what would happen but my guess is,
Z8 is going to check the deposit history and log history of the 'alt' and if they find that the account was inactive and/or the account never deposited ZP before, both accounts will be banned. -

It's all up to you to choose between z8games terms of use or that Egyptian page.

I can't tell you who the GM is simply because I don't know.
