Constant Send Error Report Crashing

I can start the game and log in perfectly fine, but the main problems lies when I start a match, or am in-game.

It happens often when I start a match in-game, the screen will flash between my desktop and the loading screen, crash, give me a black screen and ask me to send an error report. Going fullscreen all the time helps this problem, but it still occurs very often.

In addition, the problem also occurs in game, very commonly happens when I shoot. I will click, and the game will shut down. This one does not occur instantly, I could play for quite a while or just a couple seconds, but the game will crash WHEN I SHOOT. It could be due to all the buttons I am clicking at once to move, but that never used to be a problem. (+ Apex keyboard has anti-ghosting, so it shouldn't be an issue)

I've tried over and over with some luck, but the problems is still very common to me. I can't really just "Live" with it because it occurs so often, and it ruins game play for clan wars that I am unable to finish because of the error. Please help if you can.
