when ever i start the game at 2% it stops and says File is changed: W[2007] L[0] CShell.dll or File is changed: W[2007] L[2] CShell.dll
Please help as soon as possible

If you downloaded the game with your antivirus active, it may be 'cleaning' the rez file upon download.
