failed to connect to server >>> this appear to me from 2days or more just do somthing for me

i payed more than 500$ and no one care for us!

windows 8.1 user.

Paying money doesn't grant you a smidge of better treatment than anyone else.

I would suggest sending in a support ticket- those usually get answered fairly quickly.
