The think for make the video smoother don't work at all for me. It's change nothing at all

I still can not - I'm Russian. Here in this we may be different. You are themselves driven into a certain style. In Russia, everything is possible, if not inconsistent with reasonable sense.

If you have low fps when you record it will stay laggy. When you record with 120 fps it will work fine.
