Having Problem with FPS !!!

Its NEVER HAPPENED to me before, but now i having this problem more often. The FPS normally is about >120, but now sometimes it suddenly dropped down to 60-70 or even 20-30, especially when i play WM. So idk what the hell is going on, i heard this is a bug and it was fixed already, but y am i still having this sht?

    Have you installed any program lately ?
    Please , Check programs that runs while playing CF

    Thats what i thought before, so i just reinstalled the Window again (im having window 8) and didnt install any thing else...So idk what exactly causes the problem.

    Actully i heard many players complaining from Win8 !
    Have you installed win7 before? and if you have installed it . what were your FPS ?

    Does you Anti-Virus running (Scanning ) while playing CF ?

    No, i have Win8 all the time (actually i did upgrade it to 8.1 before but then it didnt work well with crossfire so i had to resored it back to 8 once). And as i said, before my FPS always above 100, but now sometimes it dropped down to 20-30 for like few seconds and then back to normal...It keeps ****ing for every 2-3
    mins so idk what the hell is going on :(...

    Nope, i didnt install any anti-virus program for my laptop after recovered it, except the Window Defender but i dont think it makes any different...

    If it aint hard for you » Can you try Win7 Ultimate ?
    and check your program in * Control panel » write in search ' add or remove programs ' » Then unistall any program that you dont use ..
    Can you tell me : How many mins does your PC takes to start ? ( i mean after u write your pc password) ?

    W8 is laggy on cf, tried w8, fps dropped bout 30-40. so yeah :/
