keep getting banned for 2-7 days for logging on and then trying to select a server but stops at step 4 and then waits for a while, then DC's me. i try to log back on and its banned for 2-7 days. please help lol.

Submit a support ticket. I'm not sure which category would be most appropriate though, it'd either be technical support or account administration.

Does the first time it happens on a particular account appear as like 2 days and 23 hours? Because a first-time third-party program detection is a 3-day ban but it would show 2 days and 23 hours if you try to log in right after it happens.
