Unable to patch

Every time I open up crossfire patcher, the doubled progress bar will load 100% in middle of the bar, then it will close itself, the whole thing took 3 seconds, I wasn't able to get into the game since last update, and I've tried re-install but it didn't work, my system is Win8.1 32Bit
