After Effect lags

I used after effects for pretty much a year now.

I have never had that problem before.

I say upload it to YouTube and see if the audio is still lagging up and if so take a picture of the project file and post it here.

I had issues with audio while watching stuff I just recorded and when uploaded to YouTube it just goes away.

Try some of these steps.


I don't really know what it should sound like but it does sound like its repeating

1. Click on the music track you were using and press U on it.

Delete everything that is there and even the key frames you made if you did make some.

Then see what it sounds like.

2. Change the FPS on the video.

3. Try the audio file again but with a different format ( MP3 WAV )

4. Send me the audio file and video or even the project file to me on Mediafile. Skype: JustGettingKills or on the forum.

5. You may of moved the audio out of placed so make sure you line it up right with the video with [

Also is the video it's own thing or is the audio with the video? Because if you put time remapping on it and messed with the graph editor then you may of pulled it far down causing the audio to go backwards and forwards.

Better to have the audio file on its own and the video on is own.
