High ping problems in weekday

Hello,
I'm living in Spain, and I think there's a bug or something about the UK servers, because in weekday before 18:00 (10:00 in USA), I have high ping (140) than normal ping (50). Problably it's a UK servers bug.
Gm's please fix this as soon as posible, thanks!
