How do you upload an avatar?

I was wondering how to upload an avatar for the forums. I've been looking around but found no solution.

There you can edit your Avatar

If that link dont work for you, Click on Quick Links in the menu bar, select User CP, select Avatar and upload the Picture, that you wanna have as Avatar.
