Failed to connect to server: W[2003] L[0]

So I used to play Crossfire untill I got seriously bored of earning peanuts for large GP purchases, BS & broken hitboxes in mutation modes (able to hit you from 10+ ft. away and Female Mutant is extremely OP) and Survey providers were constantly not giving me ZP as they should, so obviously I uninstalled CF for about a year or more. Because I am bored at times, I went to play CF since I cannot run higher end games on a hand me down laptop, thus I downloaded and installed CF today (on the same computer) and I've received this error.

" Failed to connect to server: W[2003] L[0] " * That is not 2004 typo.

I don't know what is happening and for antivirus all I have is norton 360, Windows Vista and CF was installed normally without interruptions.

What do I do??
