run dll error "error loading NvCpl.dll" "access denied"

everytime im loading certain graphics in the game (like every now screen or 2) i get this error "error loading NvCpl.dll" "access denied"

i have a nvidia geforce 9400gt vid card if that matters

also idk if it matters but i recently changed my account name from what my friend who gave me the computer had it as

Try to download a new graphic driver from the manufacturers website.
Also ensure, that you got the latest Windows Update and Directx drivers installed.

I've been getting this since two patches ago. It doesn't seem to have any effect on gameplay, so it's just a minor annoyance. What seems to be happening is that gamegaurd is blocking the Nvidia control panel from loading, causing that error message. I have a bad feeling that we can't do much about it other than wait for GG to update.

well thats just great i know that error is getting on my nerves thats why i wanna get rid of it is there a place i can post this error to whomever works on gameguard im new to the game and the forums
