Wrighting a program to stop hackers isnt as easy as lot of people seem to think. These programs once up will do a good job for about... lets say... 2 weeks (depending on the programming knowledge of the hackers) then the hacks will be back and nothing will seem to have changed.

The way my buddies and I used to keep up with the hacks was to download the newest release, open it up and look at how it works and how it got around our anti-hack program. Then we have to patch our program to stop these from working. The quickest we were able to do it was a few days, sometimes it took us a few weeks. (This was all like 7 years ago back in Mohaa; Medal of Honor: allied assault)
