unknown software exeption [in Black Market]

i cant buy ANY crate, i always get this error followed by a game shut down...
sometimes i even get thin when im just chatting in the lobby!

well, can someone help me?

ps: reinstalling didn't helped

Whats your Operating System?
Does this Error happens randomly or after a Specific Action?
Can you reproduce that Error or was it just random, that happened once?
Can you post a Screenshot of the Error you get?

my system is vista 64b
the error isnt happening randomly, it appears richt after i klick in the purchase button in the black market (on every crate)
a screenshot wouldnt help you, because the error discription in german =P

maybe the rest could help you to help me

But nevermind, try to check, if there are new Windows Updates available and if your Graphic and directx drivers are up to date.
Reinstall your game, if this Error cant get solved.
Download the Game Setup from an Alternativ Download Mirror or try it with these Mirrors:
- http://download.chip.eu/de/Cross-Fire_5861377.html
- http://www.soft-files.com/cross-fire-z8games_59206.html
Ensure, that Crossfire.exe, gameguard.des and Gameguard.mon files got full access through your Firewall and turn your Antivirus program off for the Installation.
Also run the Setup and the Gamestart later as Administrator.

im up tp date, and reinstalled hte game twice today ...
i also checked the firewall

It's most probably a firewall issue.
