    Yes this can be true. Although, I believe farming is definitely frowned upon but people who want to spend absurd time achieving the maximum rank...Let them. It's their choice if they want to earn it or not. But! In the end people who legitimately earned it will have a better combat experience.

    How do you think there will be new ranks? Let me tell you something about the military ranking system the game is based off of.

    A 'marshal' as they called it here, is actually known as a General Of The Army. It's a war-time only rank, and hasn't been used since WWII.

    They could add different ranks LOWER than 5 Star, like the Warrant Officer ranks, but I doubt that'll happen.

    New ranks aren't coming.


    On-topic, I find it to be rather stupid that they did. But it's just them trying to make money. It'll happen, oh well.
