OK, so here is some life advice that is applicable to this scenario. If you ever apply for some kind of job, and said job requires you to submit an example of some kind, like graphic art for example, don't bring in something and saw "oh this is just an example, but if you hire me I can do better".
You may be able to see the connection, if you look really hard, between these two scenarios. -
