I got my gaming start in CS 1.6, and my first clan there was the Rx Pharmacy.

So, my basic game name in CS is |Rx| Watcher. Reason I say basic is because I am in other clans as well and it changes every so often.

Anyway, my name in CF is [Rx] Watcher and a clanmate of mine from CS also plays, he under the name [Rx] Grey.

I'll always be called Rx. At first I'd ignore it until someone said Watcher, but that got me nothing but spam so I'd just answer to Rx.

But, it is a problem when both myself and Grey are in game.

Conversations happen like this:

Newb: "Rx hack!"
Watcher: "Who?"
Newb: "Rx"
Grey: "Names please"
Newb: "I SAID RX!"
Grey: "More than one Rx, buddy, who is it?"
Newb: "You!"
Watcher: "Me?"
...

Confusion ensues, usually resulting in the both of us being kicked.

Only a few times have I found people who realise it is a tag, but even so people argue.

I guess Grey tried to explain once that it was a tag, not his name. The kid was relentless, yelling that tags go after the name and in a seperate area, not before and in the name, and yadda yadda.

Some other player chimed in with "Not in other games, like Counter-Strike".

But it just made the kid madder (is that a word? More mad?)

If I see a bunch of garbage, then a recogniseable name, I adress to the name. Example, to me .oap.Jonny~~ would be "Jonny", not "oap".

it has gotten to the point that my clannys in vent call me RENOrazor. sense that seems to be most common...
wondered if it was a common prob, and thought it would be funny to see how badly other peoples ign get messed up...

I think its because there is alot of kids with dyslexia on cf.. especially with the internet lingo now and day's seem to affect their spelling more.

Most of my nicks just get distorted like hell...altough they all just have 3 or 4 letters o.0
Maybe I should just change my nick to "9", would be the same, but you can't to much wrong, writing a simple "9"...
at least, you see who's using a qwertz-keyboard when you read "kxu hack kick"
