clan points = messed up :( GM please help

hello
i'm the leader of BloodRiver and i want to report this "glitch" or "bug" about clan points

so.. my clan is having a race about earning free zp for the member get the most points of the month. All of my clan members have been working very hard to earn clan points BUT sometimes when a new member join they got straight 100 or 200 points(randomly) even though they haven't played match yet 0.0

and this is like the third time already

can uguys help us please!
this is not fair for all of my members that have been working very hard to earn it!

You can contact the Suppport, they can help you with your Clanpoints, if you think, you should have more or the Clanpoints are added wrong:

hum.... when i joined a new clan, the same time i was acepted i already had 15 ppoints o.o

UHUUUUUUUUUU i got 15 points without doing anything UHUUUUUUUUUUU jk

wow..., They must of been kicked from a different clan.
