ZP not given?

Ok, so I bought 10k more zp, via playspan paybycash boku mobile cash mayment. I payed for it and I got the ESN and passcode via email. I copyed it in to the deposit section of the website and hit "submit", it then took me to the homepage. Clicked on my account and I still had 31 zp from a survey I did a while ago. Its been 30 mins now and still no zp last time I did exactly the same and it worked instantly. Also if I try to submit the code again it says its used. Could anyone help me please?
