Client corruption detected.

I want to get back into crossfire of a while of not playing,
I recently downloaded crossfire,when I went to run it ,completely smooth,then as the game was loading.
(pre-loading screen)
The client stays black and says "Client file corruption detected"
Another thing I might add is it isn't patching anything at all when running after this problem.

Delete CrossFire, and reinstall.

Turn off any programs that may interfere with CF. (RECCOMENDED if you just have nothing in the background).

Reply to thread if it still doesn't work and provide a more clear and thorough detail.

I can't really give a more in-depth explanation..
I open up crossfire,I click start,patching finishes,
Shows a black box and a popup says "Client file corruption detected."
That's really it..
