wdf i got ripped off for 14k zp by the web mall!!

Its been 6 days since i bought zp and with my zp i bought gp+ item for 120K and the Biohazard name card well it gave me the damn name card and never gave me my gp i have summited a ticket and nothing i summited the ticket 30mins after buying it infact they can see i have not spend 120k gp on anything and that i have the name card...anyone know what else i can do beside complain?
