how to fix fps lag?

cpu : Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
ram: 4gb
gpu: NVIDIA GeForce GT 640 (EVGA)
1024x768 resolution high settings
i get 80-110 fps -_-
while when i play alliance of valiant arms on high setting with the same resolution and i get 120-160 fps wtf crossfire

    you fps is fine for CF,for fps lag in my case the problem was with my gpu(nvidia 9500 GT),its temp was like i can fry an egg on it :) and it was old also.

    Also you can increase fps by disabling the "save replay" in settings>misc,if you don't want to save replays for tips or you don't want to report hackers(z8 is too lazy to take actions against them).
