They do take quite a lot to make. Rendering is usually 1-1h30 mins and doing them ( record and all that ) can take quite a lot of time as well.

Some editors tend to be fast at what they do while others take much longer..
He's rather new to the editing scene as well so I don't blame him. I waste too much time thinking of what song to use and uselss things.

Songs are also my problem and syncing / testing colours is also really time consuming at least for me
