Not getting rewards?

I spent time doing the Devastation event, and on the last task ( which I completed ) I have yet to recieve the 5 legendary crates. May I ask why this is?

It takes up to 48 hours maximum for the crates to be sent. If you did not receive them, that mean you didn't finish the event. However if your really sure you did, send a support ticket.
