Error while downloading new patch

Hey i have a problem with the new patch.While is downloading an error message says "Cannot find file needed for patch".I Try it more that 20 times and nothing happen, i unistall and install again CF and the same message again.I delete it and i download it again and the message is still here.Plz someone HELP.

no one should be online at this moment unless the patch is done. just wait a little bit for the server to come back up.

failed to download patch file 1173

i getting that error too but the message saids how i failed to download patch file. someone help me pls

patch doesn't even work. It comes with a new error saying File has been changed.
