cannot establish connection

Hi, when i run both the CF Eu downloader or the CF NA downloader, i get this message which cannot seem to fix at all. Im currently in the UK but ive tried both downloaders to see if any work.

    Try some of the following:

    1. Clear your internet cookies and cache. Sometimes this can affect connection to servers.

    2. Reset your wireless router and/or modem. Sometimes the old wifi box needs a refreshment.

    3. Others don't seem to be reporting the issue. Maybe see if there's an issue in your current area by contacting your ISP and see if they have any idea.

    4. Also just thought of this: check your firewall settings. Firewalls can prevent you from connecting to certain domains.
