Random FPS Drops

Hi,

Recently, I've been getting random fps drops while I play, but they only last for 3 seconds. They happen randomly and I don't know what's causing them.

Much appreciated if someone could help me out.

yeh I used to have this problem you may open Task manager and close some processes that is running in background that may help
