Wow i got scammed by playspan

wow... lol i bought 40k gp with playspan via boku when i enter my code yesterday it says no loginid and i support ticket to playspan and z8 i got an email from playspan they said give us you username and you registration number and redeem code so.. i come back day after z8 told me the problem has been fix i should try again and now i did it said code has been used. -.- wttf ??

The most I can say is contact support with all information needed such as order numbers etc.

i dont know where u r from but can not every one use paypal , its the safest and best way to buy zp , ive never had a prob and if i did they would take care of it right away cause i have had other prob with not getting what i pay for and paypal has allways been right there supporting me 100% , well no i have had a prob with buying zp one time but it was g4box not paypal

Playspan isn't really that good, my friend had a hard time with it.

And I agree with boyerm, paypal is the best way to pay online. I would say that they have excellent Customer service too.

I've tried different browsers and didn't helped. Fortunately, it worked after 1 hour. MAYBE it's same with u, just be patient. BTW i sent pm to gm about this issue, no answer...as always. thanks for support.

I had the same problem; I sent Z8 a support ticket, and did the same with Playspan. I got a reply within 2 days and it got fixed. It worked when I entered to yesterday.

And I've been having trouble with Playspan, also. I recently bought 100k ZP (110k with the bonus) from them because of the extra 10k ZP for the same price. I tried to enter the codes, about 3-4 times to make sure, and every time it said I had either an incorrect ESN code or ESN password. Failll.
