View Replays with different programs?

I've always wanted to upload videos on Facebook or YouTube just to show off to my friends who play crossfire or show them to friends who don't play and try to get them to join. Only problem is the replay files are only available to be viewed from within the game. Is it possible that we can get them formatted in forms such as AVIs?
