I'd be delighted if I got a 60 ping to CF Toronto servers even though I get 130 to regular Toronto servers, but that's not how the Internet works for (most, apparently) people.

For a long time I used to think its some app on my machine using my internet connection occationally. But then I tried some other games and I get stable ping every where. And then I noticed that my ping changes on certain rooms. So never doubt your routers. only a small % of people might have a problem with thier routers. For others, I guess it will remain a conspiracy till some one is bold enough to accept their issues
