Change call name

I want to change my name, but it's already taken by someone who haven't played since 2010 and his/her rank still a traine. I know we can get the name of someone who is not playing anymore but how? Help me please!

You send in a support ticket, asking them to change it for you (Give them the name and link of the account), they will ask you to change your name to a random set of letters (wait until they ask you to do it), to prove that you really do own a name change, then you have to tell them that you did it, and the name will be changed to the one you wanted.

Send a ticket via >support page< tell them your new ign which you're willing to get.
If the ign is available they will tell you what to do exactly.
