I can't recieve any e-mails from z8games.

Hello.
For unknown reason i'm unable to recieve any e-mails from z8games(Lost id/psw/sqa, e-mail change request etc.)
I submitted a support ticket the first one got closed(idk why) and for second one there is not reply for 6 days. Maybe someone know the solution? Your help will be appreciated.
P.S. My e-mail is @inbox.lv example: a**********@inbox.lv

Try spam folder? Maybe it is going to your junk instead idk just a thought. Also if it is one that blocks junk you need to change it so you can have z8 as safe mail vs junk. Best of luck.
