perm bann on known hackers

that's why most hackers have low ranks. Cos the risks aren't very high so if they get caught they make a new email address and get a new account

yeah, but I would say using an ip ban would get a lot of hackers off cf. Yeah theres programs that allow you to change your ip for a limited time, but I tried that and my ping spikes to 300-2000 which I just quit when I tried it. so yeah..

you don't know that he IS a hacker, all you know is that he WAS a hacker. I've never played with him personally but I believe everyone deserves a second chance.

He was banned once for hacking if he still does then he will be banned again eventually.

We want him to quit Crossfire and never come back. Not only do these cheaters get a second chance, they get a third, fourth, fifth, sixth... and however many other hack accounts they want to make when the new hacks come out. Don't be so naive.
