Automatic Updater Problem
Ive played CF before, but got rid of it because i got bored of it. A year later, i decided to install it again, i got through everything fine, but when i pressed the CF icon, then pressed play, the Updater came up and it wouldn't load, i thought it was slow and waited for half an hour, nothing happened. Whats wrong with it?

Ensure, that crossfire.exe, Gameguard.mon and Gameguard.des files got full access through your firewall and turn your Antivirus off for the Installation.
If its still not updating, you should reinstall your Game by using the Mirrors and Alternative Downloads on the Website.
If these dont work for you, you can try it with this Mirror.
