You have to solve this GM

yesterday i leveled up and the game wrote to me i leveled up!!!
after a couple of hours i found out i dropped in level again and had to play like 5-7 games to level up again!!!!!
today i finished the missions,A 8 long T.D games and he told me "mission finished" so i closed the game and after an hour opened it to find that all my work have gone the experience and mission that i gained!!!!
so i am not playing the game to waste my time playing and repeating everything that i did......

you have to fix this GM plz
