    First of all, Support Tickets ARE NOT USELESS.
    If you had to try to stop millions of users using hacks each day, it would be a frustrating job.
    Second, Xtrap isn't useless, either. You can't expect the Wiselogic team to release a new engine patching EVERY hack. It's impossible.
