OK I bought 10 hallowe'en crates and when i tried to open them i got this error message:


"Item Confirmation Failed"


what has happened?

    Erm.. never heard of this Error yet, but ok, lets try to find a Solution.
    Whats your Operating System? Did you try to restart your Game after that Error meanwhile? Did you retry to buy them again, when the buying process was interupted with these Error? Were the ZP taken out of your Account or were they still on your account? This might be a Server Sided Error, due some unkown Error. Therefor i think the best Solution is to just try and buy them again. If that doesnt work, you should open a Support ticket, they can resolve maybe that problem and refund your ZP back into your Account, if the ZP was taken out of your Account.

    OK...

    I use windows xp and it as worked fine on other accounts i have bought crates on. Also i restarted game and it worked for 1 of the crates. It was GP crate so ZP is nothing to do with it. Also i have screenie for proof...

    anyway i have now managed to open all the crates now...it worked on a particular turn of the wheel..."ODD".
