I just installed and keep getting this error after a couple minuets of playing. Ive already reinstalled once and its still coming up. Anyone have a soultion?

The problem may be your security software since some security softwares consider xtrap to be malware...

Locate and delete your Xtrap folder, when you restart CrossFire run it as Administrator and it will recreate the folder and download the xtrap information again.

If none of these fix the problem start looking at your active programs and services for examples like virtual machine, game booster, bandicam or programs like that, Xtrap tends to flag these types of programs as type of maleware or hacking tool sometimes.

let me reinstall crossfire and try what you said, thanks for taking the time to actually to to help us.
I do have virtual machine installed but it is not running at all when i use crossfire, do you think that would mess it up? And I have security software called Webroot that runs in the background all the time could this be the problem?

yes! Weebroot is the problem! You need a new AntiVirus program, try Norton, Avira, AVAST or AVG.. or install Microsoft Security Essiantels!
