question on hackers need answers

I caught a guy admitting to hacking and ss of him defusing from other side of the map to the bomb, however when we kicked him he just left and came back which crashed the game so i didnt get a replay can the gm's do anything about this?

Thats a known Bug, where the Developers are already working on a Solution.
Just be patient, the next few patches should fix that problem hopefully

And for the Replay, go to your MyDocuments -> Crossfire -> Replay Folder, if theres no Replay in there, the Replay wasnt saved from that game.
The only way to save Replays from that Kind of Error is the following Solution:

NOOOOO, they cant fix that bug. Im constantly getting kicked from games because of whiners who THINK i hack. that bug is the only thing that lets me ruin thier game for ruining my game.
