Fixing clan war chat

It's been like this awhile. When you die you can't type to your teammates at all. This is probably the dumbest thing ever and should be fixed.

That's not a bug. It's purpose is to prevent help from your dead teammates. Though it is quite pointless if you are on teamspeak.
