Continues freezing in game!

Hello,
well i 've nothing more than the title to say, i'm experiencing a continues freezing in the game it's like we you move it just keep freezing and when you start to shoot someone the same happens! it's rly annoying thing"
i use windows 7 32bit, 2gb ram's and 1g video card, g-force Model 210,
i remember something happened like that, but only when i update my video card.. i don't know why or i cant explain that, so if you 've any ideas what's going on!.. please a little help will do it.. and thank you..

and btw i have this ''freeze'' sometimes too in one knife map, this map looks like vietnam etc... i dont remember the name now sry If i slash the enemy and kill him i have this 1 secound freeze too.

sure, yesterday i get few Microsoft Updates ( Win 7, 64 Bit ) and some programs on my PC installed new updates too, go check your driver.

the problem is that i checked my video card drivers and appears that i use the latest driver updates.! i will try to do download some updates of microsoft i hope it work, it's been like weeks since last updates.

Some Zombie Mode Maps ( Dinner Theatre and Crater ) have a big FPS lag...
