Clearly you've been banned for something, I'd go out on a limb and say account sharing or cheating, but it doesn't matter since every possible way to get banned is directly related to a violation of the Terms of Agreement, at which point you've forfeited your account anyway. -

The only refund that I believe is a full-on money refund? That is only given within the first 48 hours and requires you to completely discontinue using the service thereafter. It's called the Refund Policy.
Go ahead and call up your lawyers... this is nothing illegal, that is if you're well-versed in Canadian law, which I'm not, but I do expect similarities with US law, which I am slightly familiar with. -

I changed my electric company a few years ago. Maybe I should call them today and ask for my money back. They gave me electricity and fulfilled every part of our agreement, but hell, I'm disappoint NOW.
