Sony vegas 11 render problem

What are the specs of your computer? I usually get similiar errors when adding a lot of overlays but I never had any error while rendering.

There's something you have to do with sony vegas 10 and up to get it to stop throwing errors, I'm writing this with Vegas 12 but try and follow my steps:

Click on 'Tools' on the top bar, and go down until you see 'Scripting'
Expand it and you should see something like 'Batch Render'
Click it
Save the file wherever you want.
Then when you get back to the 'batch render' window click on for example 'MP3 audio' and expand it, then select which one you would like to render it as.
You'll have to select as what file you'd like to render it.
Then just press OK and it should render normally without crashing.
