Problem with CF Launcher

For some reason I can not play CF i hvae already reinstalled it. When I open CF it pops up something to save open or cancel, It is labeled "Index1" And when I download it it shows The original screen page like ESL and the home page of the regular CF Laucher and my launcher is a white screen how do I fix.

Try download it from Internet Explorer. and delete chrome till download is finished.

Isnt it the same thing to download form Internet Explorer and whats wrong with my chrome?

hmm seems to be similar to old issue with blank bars on launcher ... try to set ur dpi to default or 100% ... or disable via properties on exe

or just try to start from patcher_cf.exe
