Resolution suddenly changed and can't change back

So I logged onto CF today for the first time in say, a week or so and suddenly it's in a smaller resolution. Looks kind of like windowed mode only it's in full screen.eg: Black square around game window rather than my Windows desktop. When I change resolutions around nothing changes. Is there a fix for this? It's a new one for me...

Try Re-install or change it from ModHub

Fresh install didn't work and I can't make a modhub account to save my life. The captcha is wrong every time even though it isn't. So I can't login to the downloader.

edit: Managed to make an account. Changing resolutions in the modhub downloader didn't fix it either. Thanks for trying. Anyone else got any ideas?

Oh man. Thanks dude. That thread should be stickied. Can't believe I didn't find it. What an ordeal though. First I couldn't open my nVidia control panel so I had to google-fu that and figure out how to fix THAT issue. Finally figured it out and manged to fix the full screen bug. Anyway, thanks a lot, man.
