F key is not working in Wave Mode

my account is BUG/ed in Wave Mode. I was able to play it. since last week, I couldn't use the F key any more, and the class card is not showing up in the game. I also see lots people not having a card too. they must have the same problem that I have. Please~ FIX IT!!
