It's what shown up after 2mins of waiting (I was scrathing my cards for the code so I cant go get reemboursed now).

I don't use these methods but if this is your 1st time you might want to ask some "expert" about region limits. If it used to work fine before then send a support ticket with the issue you have. Sorry couldn't help!
