AVG antivirus changing files

Since the last patch update, if I don't shut AVG off before I start the game, AVG detects a file change and alters one of loading files. I have allCF files identified in the exceptions portion of the AVG program so I am confused at the problem. If nothing can be done so be it but it is annoying reloading CF from scratch if I forget to turn off AVG.
