Having the same issue, tried to submit 2 tickets and even 2 thread on forum but get no response yet...Wed is coming up and cant play WM at all...Good job GM

i had same propblem

what this bad company thousand of player have this issue, thousand of ticket open about same reason,,,no solve,,,no reply,,,,no any response from technical support
i think if they care at least say we cant solve ur problem and so dont ask us about it
my ticket opened from 13/4 antill now it green and even not read
if this problem still i will find another game similar to this and join it

Gm is working on this,So be pactian cause he can solve all problems in 1 day.
